Meine Reise nach Berlin war leider alles andere als stressfrei und nachdem ich dann auch noch in einem Hotel eingezogen war, indem ich überhaupt mich nicht wohl fühlen konnte, hatte ich für’s erste wirklich genug.
Ich habe versucht erst einmal das beste aus der Situation zu machen und das ganze (eigentlich zu traurig!) nur als Schlafmöglichkeit zu betrachten und mich eher an der Tatsache zu erfreuen, dass ich verreist war! In Berlin! 🙂

Nach mehreren Telefonaten und Mails sollte sich meine Reise dann aber doch noch zum Guten wenden.
Ich packte am zweiten Tag ganz aufgeregt meine Sachen zusammen, verzichtete auf das (ohnehin ungenießbare) Frühstück und machte mich auf den Weg zum nächsten Hotel.

Am nhow – Musik & Lifestyle Hotel angekommen, nahm man mir sofort alle meine Sorgen und ich war mehr als erleichtert, als ich im super stylishen Empfangsbereich stand.
Ich schaute auf einen gemütlichen, modernen und gleichzeitig retro aussehenden Lounge Bereich, neben dem eine Bühne aufgebaut war. Um die Hotelbar gab es einen weiteren Sitzbereich, geschmückt von supercoolen Bildern an der Wand.
Was mich total begeisterte: Jeder der Hotel Fahrstühle hatte ein anderes Design, eine andere Farbe UND ein anderes Musikgenre!
Ich musste natürlich jeden einzelnen anschauen und ausprobieren. SO cool! 🙂

Ich würde euch an dieser Stelle wirklich gerne eine bestimmte Besonderheit nennen, aber es gab einfach zu viele aufregende Entdeckungen und meine Begeisterung ließ mich einfach nicht mehr los.

Zu meinen persönlichen Highlights gehörten aber definitv all die kunterbunten Details im Design, die lockere Atmosphäre, die riesige Buffetauswahl am Morgen, mein supercooles rosa Wandtelefon, das mich an den „Barbie Girl“ Videoclip aus meiner Kindheit erinnerte und der Hoteleigene Shuttle Service von Mini.

Danke an das gesamte Hotel Team – dafür, dass Ihr mich in letzter Minute gerettet und mir meine Reise doch noch so unvergesslich gemacht habt!

English: Cool, cooler – nhow Berlin!

My journey to Berlin this time was anything else than stress free, unfortunately, and also after I went to a „not so good“ hotel I was really fed up with looking for the right hotel. 
So decided to try to make the best of the situation which I was in. So I considered it just as a „place to sleep“ and tried to be happy about the fact that I was „travelling“! To Berlin! 🙂

After a few phone calls then my journey turned to the good. :)
 On the second day I could pack my stuff, excited as I was, to move to my new hotel.

As I arrived at the nhow – Music and Lifestyle Hotel, I lost all my worries and felt just relieved when I was in the super stylish reception area.
 I could see a comfy, modern but still retro looking lounge area, which had a stage just next to it. There was a seating area around the hotel bar, decorated with supercool pictures and posters on the walls. 
A really fascinating thing: Every single lift of the hotel had it’s own design, an own colour AND it’s own music genre!
 I obviously had to see and try all of them aswell! SO cool! 🙂

I’d love to tell you about a particular special feature of the hotel but there were too many and it would be hard to pick just one of them. My enthusiasm for the hotel didn’t stopt at all as I was there. It was just amazing.

My personal highlights were all the colourful details of the design, the relaxed atmosphere, the huge buffet range in the morning, my supercool pink wall-phone, which reminded me of the „Barbie Girl“ Videoclip of my childhood and the hotel owned shuttle service by Mini.
